This so-called ambassador are having our vehicle discrimination? If I know who was he/she. Definitely gonna rate it 1 star and tell Uber to disconnect the request connection in the future. Too much bias, he/she should request UberBlack not UberX.

hi all, i just registered as uber driver yesterday by upload docs only. Now account already active, i want to ask is it need face to face interview at uber HQ? They just activate my account without any interview and without any training...

just wanna ask, i got 1 situation, i received request like 10km away from my current location, to get to rider, i have to get through 2 tolls, will uber pay those 2 tolls?

No, uber only will reimburse toll if you pass toll after you start your trip.

Yes, i uploaded my docs at their partners.uber.com, they verified all docs, I saw status from pending to active.
I just not sure whether all new uber driver now just need submit docs online and no need face to face interview.

the verification can only be done at HQ...they need to see your real hard copy docs.

no interview needed just verify the hard copy, attend training and u r done.

Not ask them to cancel request. Is ask them whether they are OK of waiting.

If customer cannot wait, they would normally cancel the request themselves.

If customer insist to wait and you don't want, cancel it on your own.

Ok,just now drop rider at klcc,at coach main entrance facing avenue k,then all the cibai taxi drivers start shouted at me,my 1st time drop at klcc,its kinda trap when u drop rider there,to exit from there u have to drive through those taxi park along the small road in front of the main entrance

Driver rating is by average. Example driver completed 2 trips. One rider rate 5 stars and another rate 4 stars.
The driver rating is 5 + 4 divide by 2 = 4.5 stars rating
