morning riders are likely more stress as they need to rush to office and start working.

but the demand are also higher during that time and can get higher rate.

Do trips from PJ towards the east side of the map (PJ lunch time is essential).
Trips from PJ towards the west side of the map (including Subang & Shah Alam) generally sux pretty much.

This way, rm20-25 per hour is achievable.
If compared to last year, it's still way lower but at least higher than what you are earning now.

Usually Monday to Thursday can close shop after 10.30 pm go home and start early the day at 7am next.

even the toll to exit KLIA to cyberjaya will cost RM4.30. LOL.... rugi eh.....

unless there is no jam to KLIA but during peak hours on friday evenings, the jam is bad and seriously not worth it.

Company reduce the fare customer profit only ..drivers rugi since no return trip n forced to camp at cyber/putrajaya

but how they gonna pick rider if they are at sunway and plant gps at KLIA?

In fact, I am writing to Uber, using their own methology and calculation
RM0.95 min fare
RM0.60 per km
RM0.25 per min

Then, from receipt, got state how many km and how many min you took

Multiply that, the number higher than what I calculated.

Again, their CS team pusing pusing with standard reply, but, still unable to answer my question.

I am not going to let this go easily, although amount not large, I can forego it, but, principally it CHEATING!!!!      I rather pay this as tips to drivers who provide me safe and efficient service (on top of usual 5 star rating and some comments to cheer them up)

In summary, Uber is really unethical company, to the drivers, to the riders......I used to be fan of Uber as riders, due to their better quality drivers, but, then, with their unethical practice, sorry to all drivers....nowadays, everytime I need a ride, I will click both apps, see which one cheaper

a rider set a destination and then requested to me to wait for her to pick up something and then send her back to original pick up place. but just b4 reaching the destination, a back to back ping came in. so i just have to reject her. I would like to know if sending her back to her original pick up place, will the fare increase accordingly or still the same?

Because you used the "find trips toward a destination" function. That's why those trips are not counted.

I don't find this function useful, so I don't use it at all.

if the driver used the wrong way end up much longer distance, the upfront fare will be overwrite. Rider may need to pay more.

let say if the original fare from A to B is RM10, and if the rider requested to send back to the original pick up location (A to B to A) will the fare be ~RM20? does the rider need to change the destination setting when reach B?

do i need to go offline just b4 reaching point B or else there maybe request ping come in?

anyone of you here have problems with the surge / boost not showing in the trip fare? it happened to me a couple of times the past few days. I can manually select the trip and write to uber about that issue. But if there are non stop requests coming in, I'm not able to track or remember which trip got problem.
