Uber should use waze to calculate the driver heading and jem to pick up the rider location.
Google map is crap. Not accurate at all the estimate time. Will always need longer time to reach.

will count base on the time you accept the ride. it is not base on the time the trip ends.

example if you aim to get incentives for 4pm to 8pm block, do not go online like 5 minutes before 4pm. maybe someone ping and you accept the ride at 3.59PM, so the trip will not count towards incentive because it is before 4pm.

Yup, just check on the apps.
For 6am to 10am, all CSA is in the guarantee zone. some zone 1.3X some 1.4X.
However, for 12pm to 2pm, only certain zone is guarantee 1.2X.

If rider got multiple destination, must always ask them to key in the final destination.
I kena before, driving send to first destination, before reaching got ping coming in, (must accept because chasing incentive, 100% acceptance) so I just let the current rider know sorry got another job masuk queue already.
I think end up I got rated 1 star because of that. Haha. Who cares as long as above 4.3 rating will do.

ignore ping = won't get 100% acceptance rate. imagine going for the last weekend rate rm35/hour at 4pm to 8pm. will rugi the whole block 4 hours multiply by rm35.

This is against the rule. You are only allowed to drive alone as driver, no other people should be in the car.

No jaga drivers reputation. Must complain.

I online at 5 plus at core KL area until 6PM also no ping. zzz. check riders apps see so many drivers camping due to the boost. so I would say aim incentive better than go for the boost unless is a 4X boost like last friday.

boost and incentive (hourly guarantee) is 2 different thing.
for boost I think last Friday was the best with the 4x boost at KL center.
and yes incentive (hourly guarantee) also increase rate for last week Thursday until Sunday. as high as RM35/hour.
incentive (hourly guarantee) report will only come out on Tuesday. bank payment on Wednesday. do check your pay statement again today.

yup. 20% for old timer. new registration all uber takes 25% now.

already registered with grabcar. bye uber. if you read this pls improve as you are losing drivers and also riders.

here is what I gather so far why grabcar is better:
1. better hourly guarantee rate (you can compare both charts)
2. 20% only grabcar takes
3. able to know the rider destination and how much the trip cost
4. if rider using international number. still able to communicate with rider via the grabcar apps (unlike uber you wait until who knows how long because not able to contact each other)

pls add on if you know more as I haven't try out grabcar myself so information above base on reading over the Internet.

heard that the current boost replacing the hourly guarantee incentive. hmm...hopefully friday is a 4x boost and weekends uber introduced back the guarantee hourly rate as per last weekend RM35/ hour.

anyway not worth doing klia trips unless you can guarantee able to get back KL not empty car. then is good.
