Hourly Guarantee caps the maximum earnings per hour, but this is based on a per trip rate, meaning for 1.3X, all trip fares are guaranteed at 1.3X surge, otherwise, the difference is topped up.

I've a question on the Incentives.
Say the hourly guarantee block is 5-8PM. If I get a trip start at 7.50PM and end at 8.30pm, is the $ I get calculated in that 5-8pm block? Or, the $ is calculated outside the block?

All trips requested from the guarantee zone that are completed on uberX or uberXL.

I'm a new Uber driver. I have three questions as below.

First question, I come across a situation so can anyone advice.

* Picked up passenger in KLCC to go Jalan Parlimen
* Then passenger say need to take passenger in Jalan Parlimen and go to Airport and changed destination to Airport.

In this case, the system was shown pickup in KLCC and destination to Airport. I was told by Uber support, I will only be compensated as Airport drive (which I'm fine) as I won't be getting the part from KLCC to Jalan Parlimen. Is there a way to continue for driver to have continuous drive rather than ending the trip as if passenger request again, you might not be assigned to it?
Seccond question.

I drive for fun and is there any commitment to drive for uber before suspended?
Third question.

As I can't see the destination of the passenger request, once accepted the job and calling the passenger to know the final destination, can I cancel it? Will I get any penalty for this?

(ie : request from KL city and final destination is Genting Highlands. However, I don't wish to go there as I have an appointment or trip is not profitable since empty to come back)

If I were you I will remain the current rider and ignore the ping. Then, ask the rider to set to the new destination.

Been using Uber since it was first released when only Uber Black was available - that time really difficult to get a driver as not many on the road. Now super convenient, normally never need to wait more than 10 minutes.

So far only had one bad experience a couple of weeks ago, pickup from KLCC area : took 20 minutes to pickup (OK, won't down rate for this - KLCC at night is jammed!), driving very fast / aggressive. Worst of all - had his kid (6-7 years old at a guess) in the front seat, both driver and his son without seatbelt 

How will that reflect in the Partner app? Mine didn't show anything lar

After one year, I finally open my Grab Driver app. Now, I open both the apps at the same time. Reduce my waiting time. lol.

Hi all driver, may i know the last week incentive is follow the new Boost Incentive or still remains the old trip per hour scheme?

I did not received any sms or email about the new incentive plan until last Friday which i noticed in app.

I'm so stupid to completed the old incentive required (trip per hour) from Monday ~ Sunday.

If i found out they didn't follow the old scheme to pay my incentive. I definitely will move to grab for good.

I check the last week report and only shows the new boost incentive payment listed, only RM13.25... wtf
Where's my other incentive(old scheme) roughly RM300 is gone

if uber just use myvi fc as calculation, why uber accept other cars during registration? just stated there myvi only ma..

Grabcar got a new chatbox allow customer and driver to write mesg to each other. No need worry it is international number or hp number not in use. Uber really need to upgrade la.

Basically I'm lazy & also Grab have cons too, you need to calculate the toll charges & adding it into total fare by yourself.
And the last part, they dont support iOS user.

I don't think so, you need to register seperately with KL office, unless, they do promo like during Raya last time, KL driver can go drive at Penang during Raya week
