no one wanna put grab/uber sticker on their private car.... also, already earn miserably and still get tax, forget about it....
uber and grab will close shop by themselves. part-time drivers will stop driving and they will only rely on full-time. or alternatively, try to snag taxi drivers from taxi companies to join them. |

yesterday i had a bad experience with the rematching thing.
Summary: 1) Was at Mutiara Damansara and got a ping at 1 Utama. 2) While half way there heading to 1U and get stucked in the jam, Uber rematched me to a rider in Ikea. 3) Had to make a big turn back to Ikea and last minute switch lane like a crazy dog. 4) When reach new rider, she asked why i took a big turn and if i got lost. she macam lost confident on me for awhile. 5) She is nice and believed me..... after drop her off, i gave uber a piece of my mine. Advice: Check your app once in awhile to make sure the rider you are heading to pick up is not being changed. else u makan diri sendiri to drive all the way there and the rider is not there. last week i experience a girl ping me from Taman Kinrara puchong. drove all the way there and she came to my car to tell me that she is not taking the ride now. I started the trip already and i had to cancel the trip. funnily her app cannot cancel.
when cancel the trip, the amount is RM0. complaint to uber also refused to refund me. later that evening, i got a ping at taman seputeh. rider called me that she is actually in Mid valley. I refused to drive to mid valley and forced her to cancel. so i rip RM4 from that trip. Since uber is not compensating and so calculative, i see no reason for me to drive out of the way to make up for riders' mistake. nowadays if the rider make a mistake, i will ask them to cancel. |
