Using it for few months now but sometimes in the middle of the process it will hang...dono is the program itself or my pc problem...maybe I'll try and tweak the settings and see...

Need a converter for my HTC Touch2.

Im not sure if htc touch 2 can support h264/avc, you could try MeGUI, and try to use video profile that suitable for ipod video first, either h264 or Xvid (aka MPEG4-ASP).
for audio it support up to HE-AACv2 (SBR+PS AAC, smaller filesize than normal AAC but still maintain the acceptable audio quality)
for video container just use mp4.
