You mean NC-U6 or NH-12F? If NC-U6, no problem at all as it can be turn 120 degree...very flexible... thumbup.gif

If NH-12F, might have clearance problem with PCI-e slot and RAM slot to place it to push the air to rear...you might want to measure the length between PCI-e slot and RAM slot, see got enough 126mm+ or not...and remember to measure from the center of the processor where you can see the screw there... hope you get what I mean... icon_rolleyes.gif

This is the pic from a site, I emailed this question to Noctua support as well.

edit - yes, am looking for the NH-12F. Not sure how to go about measuring the space though.

You can measure the total length from AGP slot (haha...I make a mistake in previous post saying it is PCI-e slot blush.gif ) to RAM slot as shown in red line in above picture... but this one not accurate as it will place in the center of the pin hole there, so should measure from the pin hole there... laugh.gif

You should measure from pin hole there which is the yellow line in above picture there to RAM slot, and from yellow line there to AGP slot...if both side have more than 63mm, then can fit for push air to rear casing...if push air to PSU, then should be no problem at all... icon_rolleyes.gif

I think the only thing you need to worry is will it have clearance problem with your PSU in case you fix it push air to rear (180 degree) as I can see your processor is very near to the edge... sweat.gif if your casing is big enough, then there should be space between mobo and PSU, then no problem lor... thumbup.gif

I personally got that as well.I applied it and it arrives around 3-5days time. The metal badge is of the highest quality available.Dont put too much hope on those stickers as they will come back crumpled due to the bad handling of the postage...Try it...You wont regret with that metal badge...
