When you people buy expensive TVs, where do you people buy the extended warranty from? I notice those by SenQ are really expensive.

There is a few reason for this.

1.you are use to this setting and you don't find it wrong at all.
2.u watch the movie/show without doing critical viewing to check on it.

Want you can do is use a short clip or a short scene in a movie.
Try to use 2 settings alternately. You will mostly see the overexposure on dark scene and also overbloom on bright scene.

It's the nature of DTM. And DTM is not DV. DV use dynamic meta data, in this sense that the movie/show is mastered in dynamic mapping for DV.
DTM uses dynamic Tone Mapping on a static meta data, hence it will have incorrect value at high and low values.

It's nice to use DTM for games thou, cuz games is not meant for accuracy, and ppl like games to be punchy with overbloom effect.

All in all  use how you want it to be, it's preference when it comes to viewing entertainment.

But do know that preference is not always correct.

Changing to wide yourself forces colours which were not meant to be used. It will oversaturared the intended colors unless the source is in wide. HDR usually use WCG, normal content usually normal gamut. So auto at let it define by source is the easiest way.

I can understand why you feel its nice. The color looks more pop'ish'. Like when u mismatch black level. But the more you look at it the more it feels wrong, at least to me.

If you want pop'ish' color you can crank up the color from default 50 to maybe 60 or 65.its not correct to do so but at least the color still looks more corrected than forcing WCG.

AI Picture On or Off? Color Gamut (Original, Extended or Wide?)

Does De-Blur make a difference? I tried to turn on De-Blur to 10 and off, couldnt see a difference. De-Judder on the other hand is best kept off, as it will give a soap opera effect.

I think i could only go for soundbar , boss lady on approve a soundbar and bass modular , she doing some muji style so no cable everywhere and no rear satellite 😂

Is LG CX hdmi arc having problem with hypptv set top box? Just got the CX and notice whenever i connect the box to tv, the netflix in tv won’t detect the soundbar however no problem with hypptv set top box. I have to pull out the hypptv hdmi in order for the netflix to detect again the soundbar. Weird.. Btw, i use the samsung T650 soundbar
