Hey guys, just discovered a few dead pixels at the bottom left and top left of my LGB9 which I bought June last year. Tried Pixel Refresher but no luck, what can I do about it? I've taken great care of the TV so far.

Also, how long does warranty from LG lasts? I only have the digital receipt from SenQ, should I contact them to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Since I have no SenQ member points, I assume it's cheapest to get 48" C1 from Shopee with cashback?

I think it's limited unit but can try ask them biggrin.gif
If u still have EzCredit remaining then best best cheap

Now they change the EzCredit system to S-Coin which not really sure how it really works.
It also has limited claim / day / purchase

Pros of S-coin - It is like cashback and there is no cap amount. Some products offer high S-coin like 50%. Now they have double promo like 25%+25% S-coin cashback. Most products offer 3%+3% S-coins.
Cons of S-coin - you can only use max RM100 per week of the S-coins you have.

I would say, not too bad. Good if u moving house or want to upgrade a lot of appliances. Every week buy 1 item with RM100 off.

For shopee 10% coins cashback offer must use Shopee Pay.
But Shopee Pay don’t allow top up of more than RM 4,999.
The OLED TV all selling above RM 5000+. That means this is like a scam, you won’t be able to use the 10% cashback promo to purchase any oled tv in Shopee

Since you need the item to RM4999 or below to use ShopeePay for the cashback voucher, you could tell the seller to let you split up the payment.

For my case I offered RM5100 so I could use the 5k 3% shop voucher for RM150 off and then bank in the remaining RM299 directly.

5100-150=4950+14.4 shipping=4,964.4 paid through ShopeePay for 10% cashback

4,964.4-495+299=4,768.4

It's not a scam. It just means you can get 10% cashback up to the limit of RM4,999 only.

Shame that they no longer give the 10% uncapped voucher that don't require ShopeePay, I still remember seeing it 2 months ago.

Thanks for the tips bro. But Shopee doesn’t allow us to top up and spend a combined value of more than RM 4999, because on top of the daily limit they also have a monthly limit.

So meaning, if today I top up RM 4999 into my shopeepay already, I can’t spend of those money until next month as I have hit the monthly limit. That means my RM 4999 parked under shopeepay for 1 month which i cannot spend.

did you face this issue when you made your purchase? This is the clarification from shopee agent.

If you haven't use ShopeePay to pay for anything 30 days before this, you would be able to top up RM4999 and use that money for the order right away.

However since I have used ShopeePay this past month to purchase multiple things, I know I would have hit the limit if I use the same account to try and make the purchase.

So I decided to use my dad's account to make the purchase, he have never activated ShopeePay nor purchased anything on his account before. All you need is another phone number, they would send multiple tac number to verify the account. To raise the limit from RM2999 (iinm) to RM4999, a photo of your IC and another one of you with your IC are needed. The IC verification process took about an hour.

^ this, transfer back and make the purchase on another account

You could send your balance to another person (clicking the + in the chat window, you would see options to send coins as well), but not sure if there's any restriction/limit on that
