bro, if you bought a ticket with infant under age of X months (i forgot) that seat booking with bassinet is free. chances are they already booked it for you. but i wonder why they never gave you the confirmation  its just your seat next to your wife wont be booked. anyways looks like you gotta keep calling hahah.

ya looks like it and not sure if you been calling MAS recently. actually there are no options to select or request for special needs. their options are all for purchasing ticket and checking of flight and its always on queue. they also have a new function where you can leave your phone and they will return call without loosing the queue number but i have left my number for 3 days and still no one called me back.

i really think its just bad hospitality service.

for me also no issue when booking seat with bassinet, but my son never slept in the bassinet more than 20 mins... so after the 2nd time we just stopped requesting.  i guess plane vibration or ear issue or whatever i dunno. but still wanted that seat as near to toilet. the main issue at that time but just not allowed to book the seat next to it for myself without paying RM150+ at that time..and then even though check in early that seat gone liao. so in the end my waifu sit at bassinet seat and i sit in the row behind. but in the end kinda like blessing as it was easier to get up and get stuff hahaha. the food thing, i never booked as never an issue. i dont think they will simply override a booked seat just because passenger checked in early. if so that would really be terrible service.... i would really maki them kao kao on the spot if they did that to me.

but on MAS, i really feel sad. it used to be the best. if i'm flying alone normally will still try to support hahaha. but my waifu hates mas... always got some issue hahaha. seat rosak lah. tv swivel thing keeps falling down lah (they had to tape it and shove papers in the armrest ), haha. hope to see it rise again! 

I've seen at least 3 times booking were override because of late check in....the couple argued at the boarding counter and on the plane....kesian those crew...dont know anything but got bombasted by the passenger....why sometimes people dont know how to channel their complaints to the right person....the cabin crew is not the one who change the seats.
I always travel business or first...and the service is good....food so so but on certain flights for example..korea and japan food is gooding....always go for the chef on call menu for salmon or braised Lamb shank...the braised beef ribs also good.....      

i think thats same as before the change. i did last time with the callback and no issue. wait like 30 mins only. strange.

You should bring a shirt for urself as well too just incase.

last time on thai airways first segment business, second economy.... grapes was seedless and latter had seeds. fkkkk.... even small things like this. 

company pay onelah....not mine...if its me whos paying it will be at the tail end of the aircraft...maybe even cargo if they install seats there....      

hahah. the last time i rode first class was 20 years ago. wanna try again one of these days. get those cabin type. looks nice. especially the food. weirdest thing till this day. the BEST BEST BEST porridge i've ever eaten was on a cathay business class to hong kong. maybe i was high from the pressure, but was so sedap man... now im hungry.

2" time travel alone no prob, water pour away, no issue
now 8" but never traveled with a baby before mar

16months...the period where she start to walk, itchy itchy hand, scream, cry 
not due to airsick but to the auntie stewardess.
flight to hk, the pretty stewardess only give us a baby food and all are fine until we touch down hk.
then back to m'sia, this auntie stewardess suddenly give us a vomit beg and told us incase u need it for ur baby, then give a pamper just incase ur baby want to shit. nightmare happened, my baby shit on the plane and puke on me! 

remember to bring pacifier, bolster, milk bottle,  for milking your baby before taking off so they are relief from pressure on their ear.

Best if you can make them sleep before plane taking off and landing if possible and good luck.

is included in the package, those bottle baby food "heinz". last time i took Cathay airway

its included. as wongck said. its the heinz jar. normally give 2 of them. SIA not sure if its the same but probably. but we always brought our own which we made before the flight. i would just use the heinz, but the waifu is all about the fresh and blah blah. even just for one meal...

yaya..last time waifu said want to cook porridge on the place  I scare the thermos will blow up the plane 
if the flight hours is not long then just eat the food provided by the flight...easier.
