I am curious how VOX calculate 5% rebates, because I somehow get more than that 5% according to statement. Can anyone enlighten? I will post my transactions from statements from different month.

Somehow your 4th Jan transaction is included in your Dec cash back. After adding that amount, then it tallies with your cash back.
Was the transaction happened in end of Dec but only posted in Jan? I'm curious to know how they calculate, so if you have the time, please check with CS.

They will call you and to confirm if you really want to apply their card. After confirming the details then only will send you email with the application form and other required details. You just reply back with the filled form and requested documents.

We apply thru booth at USJ 1 Giant lar. Both of us never get call from UOB. I'm existing customer while my GF is getting her first CC.

Called twice to check on application status. First time says I need to wait for one more week to check the status.
Called again, but actually no application submitted...

Already requested to lodge a complaint to check about it but I doubt they will "really" check on it and get back to me...

yes, you may reapply while waiting and see who respond to you first. for my case, last time i applied via online but after 2 weeks still no call so one day i reapplied at booth. after i received my cc already only a person called me saying about my online application.
