My VOX card still haven't receive any cash back?!
*
When was your transaction? What was the amount? Which merchant?

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Feb 1 2016, 07:27 PM)
mine followed my statement date which was 26th.
*
Erm, that is 0.3% cash back not the 5%. 5% just posted today for everyone and it's the same date for everyone.

hmm is it? 0.3% cashback follow current month or the previous month as well? cus i don't know where the CB coming from. LOL
*
Whatever follows your statement date is your 0.3% cash back. Not the 5% cash back.
I'm not sure about the 0.3% cash back because is too little for me to trace back. laugh.gif

I'm yet to receive the cash back for my dec transaction using vox card too.

I paid my tm unifi bill using occ.unifi.my, amount was 157 at 30 dec 2015.
*
For those that haven't received, I suggest you give them a call.
The RM 157 was posted on 30th Dec too?

Hmm wait, what is your description cash back of showing in unbilled transaction ??

Is it text like this - 5% REBATES FOR ONLINE-DEC 2015 ??
*
It shows campaign cash credit and it tallies back with all my online transactions.
(178+61.60+405.60)*5% = 32.26
It will only show like your description once posted in your statement.

For anyone using Time fiber, I can confirm that payment via UobPayonline is entitled for 5% cb using Vox.
*
victorywp, add this on first post too. Thanks. biggrin.gif

So we can safely say, whatever that is paid via UOBPayOnline gets cash rebate. brows.gif

Yeah but actually the list is already very extensive. We should feel grateful that it exists and VOX gives cash rebate. brows.gif

I made few payments for tnb and unifi this morning, it stated that they will email once the payment go thru..still seeing the money not yet deducted from my cc..

may anyone tell me how long does UOB PayOnline usually take to email the payment status?
*
It takes a bit of time, sometimes it is very fast within 1-2 hours. Sometimes no, the next working day.
I assumed because it is a non-working day in KL, hence the slight delay.
I also made 7x payments to my TNB bill today via UOBPayOnline and still haven't received any email from them.

It will be posted on your unbilled transaction in your CC details only after 2 days.

Even my GIRO from CIMB last night to my own Maybank account, the fund hasn't reached yet...

In regards with the benefit of the card, yes 5% CB is not entitled for insurance, government utilities & bill payments.  But do we still entitle for 0.3% if we use this card for monthly insurance payment?
*
Yes. Entitled.
If you pay these utilities bills via UOBPayOnline, it will be for entitled 5%+0.3%. rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(Teen-Rex @ Feb 2 2016, 11:49 PM)
I just did some digging through this forum and found that the Vox cashback is based on calendar month, not statement  doh.gif  That is why I'm so confused when I got RM50 cashback. I purchased many things online in December so I could not confirm which is eligible for 5% cashback..  sweat.gif  but.. I am certain that Amway is eligible for the 5% cashback cause without that, my total combined cashback for my other spendings will not even reach RM40
*
Yes, it is calendar month and will be posted by following end month. smile.gif
You just calculate back your Dec spending and do a reconciliation. Else, post here and we help you. tongue.gif

Thanks! I just copy paste from my statement (all of these transaction occurred in Dec):

Dec Statement
DOMINO'S PIZZA 94.50
U MOBILE PAYBILL WEB-EC 61.50
L'OCCITANE 41.00
Spotify 2.00

Jan Statement
TELEKOM MALAYSIA BHD 57.45
TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD 52.95
AMWAY (MALAYSIA) SDN 1267.90
L'OCCITANE 208.00
CASH REBATE .80

Where did the .80 cash rebate even came from?  rclxub.gif And I can see I get RM50 cashback from UOB site now
*
laugh.gif Looks like the Amway is the winner here for your RM 50 cash back. biggrin.gif
If add other transactions, can only get RM 23.72 cash back. Transactions below RM 50 are not entitled.

Too bad cannot validate if U Mobile payment is entitled or not. hmm.gif

The cash rebate RM 0.80 is from 0.3% cash rebate, don't ask me how is that calculated because I'm too lazy to calculate mine too. I just know all of the transactions I made will be entitled for 0.3% cash rebate as well (on top of the 5%). laugh.gif

Thanks sifu for your input. Actually I used my Vox once in November which is for U Mobile payment:

Nov Statement
U MOBILE PAYBILL WEB-EC 61.25

Jan Statement
VOX 5% REBATES FOR ONLINE TXN NOV 2015 3.06

Looks like paying through their official website does give 5% cashback  rclxms.gif
*
Good job. rclxms.gif Now we have another two inputs. rclxms.gif
How did you pay for the TNB and TM? unsure.gif UOBPayOnline? Then, you can try again this month or something, I'm quite sure they are entitled.

victorywp, another two stuff into VOX basket - Amway Online and U Mobile payment via its website.

Also a minor correction for earlier updated Time Fibre, please add it via UOBPayOnline. biggrin.gif

Thanks!
