When was your transaction? What was the amount? Which merchant?

Erm, that is 0.3% cash back not the 5%. 5% just posted today for everyone and it's the same date for everyone.

Whatever follows your statement date is your 0.3% cash back. Not the 5% cash back.
I'm not sure about the 0.3% cash back because is too little for me to trace back.

Erm, that's strange. I could see my cash back for Dec under unbilled transaction.
I guess you better call CS, that's a lot...

The RM 157 was posted on 30th Dec too?

It shows campaign cash credit and it tallies back with all my online transactions.
(178+61.60+405.60)*5% = 32.26
It will only show like your description once posted in your statement.

Yeah but actually the list is already very extensive. We should feel grateful that it exists and VOX gives cash rebate.

It takes a bit of time, sometimes it is very fast within 1-2 hours. Sometimes no, the next working day.
I assumed because it is a non-working day in KL, hence the slight delay.
I also made 7x payments to my TNB bill today via UOBPayOnline and still haven't received any email from them.

It will be posted on your unbilled transaction in your CC details only after 2 days.

Even my GIRO from CIMB last night to my own Maybank account, the fund hasn't reached yet...

If you pay these utilities bills via UOBPayOnline, it will be for entitled 5%+0.3%.

Yes, earlier somebody said it is not entitled. I can change my PayPal to this VOX then.

Yes, it is and suitable for my spending. I use it more often compared to CIMB CR.

Looks like the Amway is the winner here for your RM 50 cash back.
If add other transactions, can only get RM 23.72 cash back. Transactions below RM 50 are not entitled.

Too bad cannot validate if U Mobile payment is entitled or not.

The cash rebate RM 0.80 is from 0.3% cash rebate, don't ask me how is that calculated because I'm too lazy to calculate mine too. I just know all of the transactions I made will be entitled for 0.3% cash rebate as well (on top of the 5%).

How did you pay for the TNB and TM? UOBPayOnline? Then, you can try again this month or something, I'm quite sure they are entitled.
