I finally got the idea how to calculate the 0.3% cash rebate. Whatever "cash rebate" shown on your current statement is actually 0.3% cash rebate of all your transactions occurred in last statement.

Yeah, I know I'm slow because I was too lazy to calculate this as the amount is not substantial.

Now finally had the time to do some calculation. So, in another word online transactions for VOX is actually 5.3%. Even if you have maximized the RM 50 cash back, you will still get additional 0.3% for all transactions.

If cannot go through, you should call CS to check it out.

Just saw this post, I think it's intended that way.

Actually I think it is not meant to be that way but there's a grey area because it says 0.3% for all retail transactions. In a way, online transactions are also retail transactions.

That is how UOB calls its cash rebate.

My VOX will have this every month. It simply means cash rebate.

If you have contingency plan, then call to cancel.

Usually the retention department will call to offer you after you request to cancel, however the offers vary according to the officers...

Anyway, I don't have the UOB One which is pretty useless for me, cancelled my UOB One Plat long time ago.
Now happy with just UOB VOX.

No la, I think calendar day. No issue if it is charged, can call to waive.

Whatever paid via UOBPayOnline should be eligible for cash rebate. So many people tried for different bills and still getting cash back.

Well, I have never been charged with this monthly fees before and my statement date is on 13th if I'm not wrong.

I have OCBC GE, 1% for first 1k and 0.5% unlimited after 1k.

Anyway, you can combine all three posts into one post rather than posting them separately.
