After edit:-

Just load in Photoshop CS6 or Photoshop CC, make few adjustment to make more natural look:-
- Color Balance on the blue skies (make not so blueish skies) mask-out the between foreground n background.
- Hue & Saturation on the skies, right side yellow and red less saturation.
- Hue & Saturation again on the middle of the photo, green and cyan glare -50% saturation.
- S-Curve to add a bit brightness and contrast (minimal edited) Overall its a good image.
- dodge and burn method, left side a bit brighter, right side remove some light pollution.

Feel free to ask me anything about Photoshop for Milky Way, I'd been captured milky for more than 10 years and help photographer edit their photo. Show them how to edit, how to manipulating the foreground and background, etc. Btw i do this for personal hobbies only, not for business ^^

I see thanks so much! Nvm la haha make do with what we have.. Anyways I was just wondering what time would it appear? Iinm slightly earlier?

According to Grey Chow's time chart for the milkyway it says it will be at the horizon at 11pm.. Is it accurate? Haha thanks!

Settings are about ISO-1600, f2, 15mm, 30 seconds exposures, each took from 40~80 shots then blend in Lighten mode in PS.

Is it hard to take photo at Semenyih Dam?
From google map, it seems like a road side.
