I am facing issue, the espresso that i pull have thick crema with big bubbles when using cheap & fresh roasted bean. The taste is out. Whats the reason that crema thick & big bubbles? But when i use expensive bean, most of the time the crema is smooth tiny bubbles & taste much better.

Are these beans or coffee bags?
And how do i purchase them? I cant find any info on purchase method in their FB page.
*
It is roasted bean with expiry date, instead of roasting date. But i assume it is one year time from roasting date. The cafe is in penang gurney tower & not sure whether they provide online order. I jz recently found out this cafe sell cheap bean. Havent tested the bean bought there. So dont blame me if the bean is bad. 😂

Will do, Saw you have rockets machine ...damm drooling over it  drool.gif my dream machine
Actually if the seller want to trick you also can, simply by changing the date...who know the beans could be more then a year  hmm.gif
*
Ya. But can recognize the roast date by the batch expiry pattern they restock the bean. Like in dec restock, u will see expiry date dec 2017. January restock will see expiry date jan 2018

Bean is dark n oily. The big bubbles break up quite fast. Less than one minute there is not much crema left. Taste is more bitter side

As i experienced. its dark and oily beans that makes thick and foamy cup. and when you pour microfoam milk over it. the microfoam wont last but breaks up. laugh.gif  thumbup.gif

Exactly, the crema like foam wont last long.

doh.gif  I didn't know this milk is so precious in malaysia, I tried it once at Coffee Fest here, it's really good! But I always prefer my coffee black.  Maybe our professional barista bro luvox here can point us the right direction and location to get it through PM? thumbup.gif

Im not working in cafe. R u? Curious how u get it. Like what castreal say, i manage to get it from local supplier. One year plus ago, F&N ask supplier to contact me without verify company.
