Im watching "Moneyheist" which i got addicted now. What i noticed is the series stated as 4k ultra HD. But when play it the resolution is always 3.83mbps/1080.
I quickly checked other 4k content all stops at 15+mbps.
I wonder why moneyheist just stops at 1080 when the content stated as 4k.
I reported to netflix not to put wrong info..
Can you guys play that series and check if seeing same as me.
It plays in 1080 or 2160..
Unfortunately, after reading all you've done, etc.. It does appear to be an issue with your line connecting and maintaining a stable fast connection with Netflix's servers. Lastly, Yep.. Money Heist or as I prefer it to have been called "La casa de papel" is really good stuff.. I haven't seen the S03 yet. Looking forward to it.

There will be a remaining balance. Usually, better to pay with card as exact amounts will be deducted automatically.. But if really no choice and you prefer the GC route? then you have to make sure there's always sufficient balance for the service to deduct when the time comes. Else, service will be interrupted.
