similar to mine

happened twice already, in the middle of a call, suddenly the voice became like the sound when Windows is just about to throw BSOD, then black screen, then auto-reboot, suspect was due to overheating, because calling people while Waze was still active in the background, and bluetooth was connected to HU as well

I do faced auto reboot suddenly and I suspect due to sim card problem. I'm using cut off nano sim instead of proper nano sim. Not really fit but I force to fit it. I'm planning to go centre and change it. Don't think it's overheating issue.

I'm using proper nano sim coz I went to centre and get a new sim for my z5p. Seems like this is not an isolated issue?

Have the Z5 premium since before CNY after using Z1 for the past 2 years.

Was expecting to be blown away by the camera, but wasn't.

lol, reminds me of nokia n9 discussion thread here
yea, unless u need the phone up and running in a hurry, it is probably a better idea to get a proper sim instead of cutting it (but i had no problem with cut sim back then)

ok mar, compared to my mom's z2, i like the design of z5 better (ooo so sexy~), especially the back, unfortunately because it is made of glass, the over-paranoid me always hide it inside a semi-transparent case

so you face the problem with proper nano sim? or u just changed proper nano sim after the problem?

I also not sure what happen on my Z5P. but it does reboot for few times from my experience.. As i know, when you sudden remove your sim, your phone will forced to reboot. that why i suspect my cut nano sim.

Nope, the nano sim I get it new from centre on the day I bought my phone coz my prevs is micro Sims, n since I've been using it for so long I decided to just get a new nano sim replacement. And the reboot occurred first time yesterday. That's why I don't think it's the sim causing it.

Not covered. One of the brands I know that provide such warranty (one time claim only) is Huawei, but that is limited to selected models.

Unlike certain counties, there's insurance for accidental cases, including cracked display.
