I had the cvt whinning sound also and is using the proton repackage cvt oil. I remember the oil is written shell brand on the receipt so i not sure is it suitable to be used in our car. I change the filter and oil to J4 last month. So far haven really fully tested it on highway or genting uphill. But no sound so far

I was using Proton repackaged CVT also, bout 2 years ago. No CVT sound so far, but i follow highway speed limit, max maybe 140-160 km/h when overtake.

Gonna change CVT oil and Fuel Filter this weekend.

Potong charge RM 470 for the fuel filter...i bought from Garage sales RM 415.
