i want to ask, if change CVT oil, does we need to replace the cvt fluid filter too?

plus cvt cooler, what is their lifespan?

servicing at 150k km

any idea the price?

Yeah... done changing the battery.. so hard to find cr1616 even ace hardware also dun have.... last2 found it at Daiso... Mawell brand.. haha..

Hmm...I change my CVT oil every 3rd service, so that's once in abt 1.5yrs. I follow the 6-months servicing schedule. Last done was July 2015.
Been servicing at Senaxis and they use that CVT oil that's packaged in red bottle the past few rounds.
Now wondering if that's the cause

This just in. Proton has announced two recalls, one each for the Proton Inspira and the Proton Exora CPS.

The Inspira recall is related to a recall made by Mitsubishi Motors, which makes the Lancer that the Inspira is based on. It is for defective right turn indicator switches. All 20,330 units of the Inspira in Malaysia, made between 2010 and 2014 are included.

The Exora CPS’ issue is a little more serious. Cars are being called in for a precautionary inspection of the fuel line in the powertrain compartment, Proton says. Around 90,000 units of the Exora CPS 1.6 are involved, made between 2009 and 2015.

Owners are advised to make an appointment with a Proton service centre for inspection. All labour and parts costs, if any, will be borne by Proton. For more info, call Proton’s customer care hotline at 1800-888-398 or email to customercare@proton.com.

can they recall the CVT?

U sure they change the switch? i remember someone post the service bulletin that the recommended procedure is to add grease on certain area. 

broo... don't put too much hope .. I called them and ask them about the procedure..

first they will put some grease... then if needed, they will change...  if the SA cheat me, I don't know la...
