As long as it's not your fault, nothing to worry about... Follow up with the police report and claim insurance to fix the car...

AFAIK , there are still some new units for sale, but must ask whichever Poton dealers if they have it or not lo. I saw some 1.8 mt for sale but mostly showroom unit recently. :/
