The processor M-5Y71 is slightly better than the M-5Y10. I doubt 128GB storage is enough for you. Get the 256GB one if you don't have any external HDD lying around. Go for the 8GB one if possible, 4GB is not gonna be enough for Windows 10 imho.

My sister bought it from ICT Mall in Penang wor. But you can go Brightstar in Lowyat. Trusted one.

dell have better service after sales. not that pricy. jz dell lineup and its specs sometimes better than acer which makes it pricy a bit

Hey guys hope any one of you could help me on this.

I'm gonna try to prioritize the specs that i'm currently looking for.

1.Higher priority : Sturdy and not flimsy (Similar to something like a macbook pro & not so plastic), good battery life.
2.Medium priority : Preferably a 14 to 15 inch screen, not so demanding graphics card (just light gaming (dota2) and programming).
3. Low priority : Any brand preferred, weight not an issue.

Budget would be around 2.5 ~ 3k.

Hi, I am looking for a portable (and not too heavy) laptop for work use and some light gaming (FIFA and Dota 2 mostly, if possible Witcher 3 on low settings?)

I am waiting for the Razer Blade Stealth with the Razer Core but that will take a while. Will the ULV processor bottleneck the external GPU very much?

I was also looking at Gigabyte P34 models.

Are there any other recommendations?

Budget is about RM 6000.

i'll pick acer. remaining money can buy ram. extra. 4gb ram is min requirement for win10. + 3 yrs warranty is good deal. specs more or less the same.
