Just read the TnC for the 18% CB. Not sure exactly what you guys spend on but they pretty much rule out everything.

QUOTE(wing2010 @ Jan 1 2016, 01:32 PM) eh really? when i registered for it i actually compared the t&c with the everyswipe one and noticed it's bout the same only I have a feeling they knew they made a mistake for not including bill payment in everts wipe counts campaign. That's why they added the term for this contest so they will definitely pay more attention now.now i read again the new update is mainly exclusions of bill payments? but payonline shld be safe since everyswipe excludes payment for utilities, gov-related payments, insurance premiums as well but those we paid via uob payonline were eligible tho, most likely they were counted as online transactions |

QUOTE(yyie @ Jan 3 2016, 04:58 PM) my week 3 transaction done on 19Oct was credited into account on 19Nov.... got two possible reasons:so I assume week 9 transactions done on 30Nov should be credited into account 30Dec....but til now still no news yet...not sure whether is it not entitle for it 1. bill/utility payment no longer entitled (assume you did). 2. the contest is over. so they compile the rest of the weeks winners and announce on one go. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Jan 13 2016, 07:46 AM) I think most if not all payments thru UOBpayonline have mcc code 4814, which is online bill payment. According to 2 PBB CSs I consulted this code is not eligible for the Premiercards campaign but they could be wrong. For me I avoid them. depends, if u only have pbb vs as the card to pay bills, it's worth the risk. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Jan 13 2016, 08:58 AM) For me I am greedier, m using CIMB CB for paying bills at Sams to get upto 12% CB, n online purchases using PBB VS for this campaign since it was confirmed FCFS. technically paying bill at Sam using CIMB CC is 13% if you have Sam membership card.online purchases abit hard unless you have things to buy... and i tend to buy from US website. time zone is another problem. |

I have entered promo with HLB and MBB and they have much less stringent tnc and better CB. If you join those promos and then compare against PBB you will realize that PBB is not only applying lots of rules but also less CB and also less in quota per week/month contest.
Thus, they are stingy! |

QUOTE(alvinfks78 @ Jan 21 2016, 10:02 AM) Thanks reply. for pbb they have been inconsistent with their tnc. if i interpret it correctly bill payment is not excluded. so astro is acceptable.I actually did read but didn't want to quote the whole thing in the reply. Payment for utilities i am not sure cause astro is some luxury item and a service purchased right? Is it all forms of bills are not qualified. |
