I've experienced this case before in Agoda. You won't get any PVS rebates or credit discount (pay through promotion url) for these hotels. Because some of the hotels listed in Agoda will have the payment collected directly by the vendor hotels. They will charge based on the cc details you entered after u confirm the booking at the site.

Tips: If you did not encounter prompt to key your address once u click book on the page, then the payment is collected by Agoda itself and entitled for PVS rebate or other promotions.

Nope, you can't avoid that. It's just to let u identify which hotel payment is collected by Agoda.

Just to make it clear, for Pay Now option in Agoda, look for the tiny italic words at the room type as below:
"Not included in room price: Tax 6% (collected by hotel)".

The payment of this type of booking is collected by the hotel. The payment usually will process after a day or two depends on the hotel. Or another way to know is you will see the address field to fill up after you click book.

These not only excluded from our PVS cash back. Those bookings made thru credit card promotion links are excluded as well.
