Kelvin, I have been trying to contact you for the past 1 week via whatsapp & phone. But you are simply unreachable.
Within 1 month, the laminated flooring that your guys installed have already scratches and water retention problem. Just to refresh your memory, I paid for the 6G dual side ac3 floor depot, whereby we were told that its as good as ac5 & highly scratch resistant + water proof. I hope you can come out & sort this out.

Yes, the laminated flooring is floor depot 6G. Quite disappointing.

6G is AC3 class, impossible i will told u as good as AC5. And this is floor depot board defect, if really got water retention, and scratchable with what reason we will submit to floor depot to get warranty to u.. this is product problem and not our installation problem, hope u understand. What we can do for ur after sale service is we can get ur warranty from floor depot.. Anywhere, pls contact me at 0162515556. Tq |
