Kelvin, I have been trying to contact you for the past 1 week via whatsapp & phone. But you are simply unreachable.
Within 1 month, the laminated flooring that your guys installed have already scratches and water retention problem. Just to refresh your memory, I paid for the 6G dual side ac3 floor depot, whereby we were told that its as good as ac5 & highly scratch resistant + water proof. I hope you can come out & sort this out.

Yes, the laminated flooring is floor depot 6G. Quite disappointing.
