Hi bro,

I have 12mm lamimate from floor depot to my ground floor living area and kitchen installed about 5 yrs ago.  Still under warranty. But some areas peeling and damaged board due to moisture especially in kitchen near skirtings. Would you be able to do warranty repairs? Would like to have upstairs laminated as well (now parquet) at the same time.
By the way, how much is the waterproof type for kitchen psqf? If reasonable may consider to change as well. PM me ok?
Thx!

I use Inovar and they will start installation by next Monday. Expect 4-days to completion. From my staircase to whole 1st floor and 2nd floor. Price is affordable at RM7+ for Trafik series.

still quite cheap because the trafik series 12mm one. then include skirting and underlay.

i have narrowed down to inovar and kronoswiss for my future reno.

have you consider using a better underlay than the foam they provide? i was thinking using those pvc underlay which can buy from floordepot2u.com but cost around 0.90 per sq ft compared to foam underlay about 0.10 per sq ft. Supposed to give better/softer feel when walking on the laminates.

I would prefer without the foam like my stairs which feel much harder.
With foam, u can feel softer.

Price wise, I find Inovar is more competitive and more established brand.
Furthermore, they are near my house and therefore, easier to coordinate for them to come visit my house to ensure the flooring is good enough to start their work.
