what is the market price for laminating the floor ?
is it calculating in term of RM??/sqf ?

It can RM3 per sq feet to RM 25 per sq feet

Depends on ur parquet condition... if got any issue then have to remove all..
Next week i got one site is remove parquet and do leveling n install... will upload photo to show after that...

having tile in living room, around 300 sqf. wan to do flooring. how much cost? is this need to remove tile and do? how about the skirting as well?

Remove and re-tile will be around RM15 per sq feet

Yes you can but few things to consider. First thing is how thick the floor will be. Secondly is the risk of the tiles coming out.
