Some analysist said expensive this and that. But think again, if they dont build HSR now, takkan wait another 20years? The longer u wait the longer the cost go higher in terms of acquisition land. Tell me which land in any country doesnt appreciate?. (Exclude warring country of course)

What i want to see is how pakatan harapan deal with bandar malaysia. They are going to redesign it and if they do it better than BN, definitely next GE, they sapu more seats =)

Go figure. Near my taman at Seputeh they dy hang banners with lowest price of RM 379k for a unit and come with 5 years free maintenance fee some more.

Looks like the developer is getting desperate dy.

yeah they spam 5 years free maintenance, and can get one unit with salary of 3.3k
