QUOTE(MrBlackie33 @ May 16 2018, 12:32 PM) Wah the sales so bad...kinda sad we got no chance to see thousands units entering auction market upon vp Go figure. Near my taman at Seputeh they dy hang banners with lowest price of RM 379k for a unit and come with 5 years free maintenance fee some more. Looks like the developer is getting desperate dy.

QUOTE(montyashley80 @ May 17 2018, 09:23 AM) could it be different size that's why cheaper? All developers will always quote the smallest unit at the starting floor for the lowest price. I can't recall what the unit sizes are as I didn't follow this project closely, but I recall that it's either a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

QUOTE(eason47 @ May 22 2018, 12:02 AM) Hi @leslauliu would you able to share the probes list? I've been googled around but couldn't find anything I know this isn't referring to me, but you can refer to the detailed writeup of the affected properties by one of the members on Lim Lip Eng's list: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=88992120

QUOTE(montyashley80 @ May 24 2018, 09:00 AM) to have 2 bedroom guess the size must me at least 800 and above or cramp like hell!! remind of HKG apartment hahaha..open door straight lay down on the bed..no walkway in the bedroom You should see the smallest unit size in Shamelin Star. They're able to fit in 2+1 rooms in a 774sf unit. QUOTE(montyashley80 @ May 24 2018, 09:00 AM) from developer was 350++ but at taman desa saw a banner with 340++..not sure which one is real.. The info from the developer side is more accurate compared to the banner. Best is to pay a visit to the sales gallery and pick one of their units to get a more accurate price.

QUOTE(Asali @ May 30 2018, 09:22 AM) No HSR mean no Bandar Malaysia. If no Bandar Malaysia why need MRT line 2? This line connects from Putrajaya all the way to Sg. Buloh. You want to deprive the folks living in those areas of public transportation?

QUOTE(Ckmwpy0370 @ May 30 2018, 01:59 PM) perhaps MRT2 last stop at KL Sentre if realignment KL Sentral still have space to shove in a 2nd MRT line? To link up to the monorail dy require a link bridge to be built to connect to that station, then for the Muzium Negara MRT station, they need to build a walkway which have to go up and down 2 flight of steps before being able to reach KL Sentral. Then which part of KL Sentral can still accommodate another MRT stop?

QUOTE(kitkat71 @ Jun 2 2018, 08:36 PM) Oug Parklane got no gym facilities la bro. We rather not have one.But we do have Gym outlets and its open to everyone with membership and walk in. So that means the management just close down the gym and sold off all of the exercise equipment or the developer never allocated it to begin with? If I was one of the residents/tenants there, I'd rather skimp on the gym membership and continue using the swimming pool for the daily exercise instead. No way I'm paying extra above the maintenance fee for my exercise.
