All developers will always quote the smallest unit at the starting floor for the lowest price.

I can't recall what the unit sizes are as I didn't follow this project closely, but I recall that it's either a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

You should see the smallest unit size in Shamelin Star. They're able to fit in 2+1 rooms in a 774sf unit.

The info from the developer side is more accurate compared to the banner. Best is to pay a visit to the sales gallery and pick one of their units to get a more accurate price.

This line connects from Putrajaya all the way to Sg. Buloh. You want to deprive the folks living in those areas of public transportation?

To link up to the monorail dy require a link bridge to be built to connect to that station, then for the Muzium Negara MRT station, they need to build a walkway which have to go up and down 2 flight of steps before being able to reach KL Sentral.

Then which part of KL Sentral can still accommodate another MRT stop?

So that means the management just close down the gym and sold off all of the exercise equipment or the developer never allocated it to begin with?

If I was one of the residents/tenants there, I'd rather skimp on the gym membership and continue using the swimming pool for the daily exercise instead. No way I'm paying extra above the maintenance fee for my exercise.
