i feel all developer about the same keh... just yesterday heard of Mahsing punya IconCity bad workmanship.
pay lesser cannot demand too high loh.

There are many better buy if working down the road or even for own stay (sorry ahh Mr/Ms Agents). I can't figure it out why people even consider this project.

Think of it which huge project above 3000 units are doing well? (Not need to flight back. I could be wrong)
How is the 4xxx units doing now e.g Is the selling price go up and go down or Rental still good as many nearby projects has completed? (I could be wrong)

1. my mom can go opposite market buy vege every morning
2. he can send his children to nearby school in future
3. nearby his old house @Pudu

so far 1045 sqft about less than 200 units left. 800 sqft left half

It is not only about bad workmanship. What if i tell you every wall is slanted? It cant be fixed..not only door not closing, windows slanted.

This developer is also a cheat. It will change tile design, substitute with cheap cheap tiles for condo marketed as luxury. Tile is only one example,
Condo is about concept and lifestyle. This developer has none amd u have to prepare to lose money. High risk..

Good luck guys.. for 400 to 500k there are a lot of choices M vertica etc.

better don compare abt construction / furnishing... don forget abt the water city....

yea mayb some of aki project got prob of parking / foreigner living / defect etc... but to b frank... many projects having those issues as well nowadays.... so which ever developer, juz take as reference enuff la... don need to b so paranoid

for me... juz don expect too much if u wan a city centre living wif low cost.... don forget... u cant get 4 ringgit wantan mee anymore nowadays...

Went to the show room. Location wise really not that good with the surroundings. And what doesn't makes sense they use Bandar Malaysia to market this property. It is two different location ..

as long as its within 5-10km, most developer will market it like that.
