just feel that if there will be a place where going to be the center of transportation hub, there will be crowd, if there will be crowd, there is potential for property.

not next to....it’s opposite of BM seperated by busy 10 lane highway

Bdr Malaysia itself is a 486acres project and within the township, it will have its own affortable housing (on the edge as per earlier master plan). Even then to walk from these apartments to the core of bdr Malaysia will take great effort.

I failed to see how Razak city can take privileage of bdr Malaysia, not to say that its on the opposite side of a very busy highway.

personally feel if near to BANDAR MALAYSIA will make profit, like property in city centre always will be better choice than rural area. But maybe the problem is supply is too many as the demand is low...

i think cannot compare rumawip with this project, this project is not consider as rumawip. the price itself already out of comparison.

557k, rebate 50k (without furniture), my unit is facing KLCC, take around 4 year to build, completed at 2022.

Tbh I invested some properties from well known developers and I don’t see the quality is top notch either. When I invest it all comes to few key points, the Location, PSF and the ROI. With that price at that location... how many developers can 100% assure u the quality? At least this developer doesn’t have runaway record right hahahaaha.. their past project was sold at rm200k+ And now resell at rm400k..so are this people making some bucks?. A simple general knowledge of the location which is very near to KL city with this psf I’m sure the developers nearby will wish to kill this off hahahahaah people selling 600psf above la .. do the math. I’m jus sharing base on my experience 🤗
