MY BAD, it's PosOnline. Post too fast.

Payonline doesn't get, I tried that before. Posonline is the one that gets (but got 2% fee).

Sorry all  rclxub.gif

Yeah, my bad.
100% correct.
*
So, it clarifies and as confirmed earlier, CIMB CR will not give any cash back to UOBPayOnline payments.

QUOTE(anti-informatic @ Feb 7 2016, 10:52 PM)
Hi all,

I wanted to do payment for my CIMB credit card using my CIMB saving account. Not sure if it's possible to do this.

I added my saving account into my favorite own CIMB accounts and also set all the transaction limits in my settings.
But when I go to the transfer within CIMB, the From account is always empty. Till now I couldn't figure out how to add my own saving account into the From account list so that I can pay for my credit card.

Please advice on this. Thanks

Straight go to CC section and click make payment, then you can select to pay from your savings account.

The only reason I am still keeping this card is just because of the no annual fee and 10% discount when purchasing liquor at KLIA/KLIA2. Other than that I don't even use it.

Do you guys keep it for the RM 50 cashback?
*
Good to complement my VOX when my online transactions are below RM 50. I can get cash back for Grab Car and Uber. Kinda useful. Plus it gives free vouchers if I swipe at Sam's Groceria.

No need to put exclamation mark.

Well, cancelled with the airline, what's that gonna do with CC. Airlines will refund back and then banks only will refund. It has nothing to do with banks, it depends on the merchants.

guys, my cc due date is 10 Feb but I just realised and paid it, late by one day. will it affect my ccris report and also any interest charged on me?
*
One day is OK one la. It will not affect any of your record. If touch wood so bad luck and got charged with interest, then just call to waive it.
Based on my own experience, I'm not charged with any interest despite paying 1-2 days late. That said, I don't encourage any late payment.

I'm not bro. sleep.gif
First you must understand the difference of statement date and due date. These two dates are different.

I am pretty sure it was like that all along until recently., only the transaction not showing real time.

My practice is,  swipe today,  pay up today via cimbclicks.

Now only can see real time credit amount.  Can't see transaction.  Later get hacked who responsible?  No more transaction real time / sms notify
How to set.?
*
Then what's the difference of using a debit card if you pay everything instantly? sweat.gif
You don't utilize the free interest period of which credit cards give to its users. Not to say your practice is no good but that's not really a wise move. You could save the amount elsewhere and earn some interests first rather than straight giving it back to banks that fast.

Er... All my credit cards won't show transaction details on the spot, it also depends on the merchants when they post those transactions to the bank. Earliest they will do is at night when they consolidate all transactions after their business hours.

After I swipe something, I can see my credit limit is reduced and unbilled transaction amount is increased, the details is not yet posted because it's still floating until merchant submits to banks.

In case I have missed anything, these are the only "big" bills that can be paid at Sam Groceria:

TM (Normal/Streamyx/Unifi), Astro and TNB

Anything else?

Currently Nu Sentral having promo, every RM300 spent with CIMB cc can get RM30 from their customer service near the Loaf, ending this week. Can use the same bill that you claim from Sam to claim from Nu. So technically 20%.
*
Wah, I have RM 800 worth of bills to pay today. Still considering if I should use it, what can the vouchers be used for?

It's the same Sam voucher. But they put in ang pow, each has RM30 Sam voucher in it. Make sure you pay RM300 in one receipt or RM200+100 in two receipts. RM100+100+100 not allowed. RM500+RM500 in two receipts you only get RM30x2.

RM300 in maximum 2 receipts.

sweat.gif Overwhelmed with vouchers again. Thanks for informing but I will give this a pass. laugh.gif
