Hi all, need to check is it normal for CIMB Bank to charge RM200 upfront payment for outside petrol pump each time we going to pump the petrol? If we pump the petrol on 27th of each month, isn't that upfront payment will charge to our account even the actual amount is not the same? I really need some clarification on this matter.

If we pump petrol on 27th of each month, and our CC pay RM200 upfront, isn't that the calculation is wrong since the statement date is fall on 28th of each month and we going to pay extra amount for our petrol that did not pump for so much?
