Better deliver the nearest card center and you go collect it yourself if you need it fast

The last time I Request for self collection, CS said they only send by post.

How you applied your CIMB card?

Applied d supp card at bank's branch.

Tried applying Cimb to get 20% cash rebate. Submitted all me documents less than 12 hours in order to qualify for 20%. But CS said the system recorded I submit documents more than 12 hours. CS say I have to launch report if I wana dispute. Frustrating

Yeah I did ask if I could collect the card myself at the branch but the staff said that option is unavailable. I applied for the card at the branch.

Anyone paying TM bill by autodebit with CIMB Cashback card? I only get 0.2% cashback, isn't it consider utility?

Guess I'll cancel the autodebit soon, switching to MBB amex

Hello everyone, have anyone gotten double or triple charged to their CIMB credit cards today? I have gotten the same charge SMS 4 times already for a transaction I did online that failed. Then I called the cimb card center, they say system down, wait an hour call back. 3 hours later I call back, still down. What kind of bank is this?

The are regulator who watch out for all these contests that organize by banks, F&B players, etc.

Anyone got problem paying bills thru posonline? I always paid my bills using posonline until this happens:

On 1st June I paid my maxis bill thru posonline using my CR cimb card. 8 days later when I checked my maxis bill still not reflected. I check with Maxis they still have not received my bill. So i called posonline hotline and it took ages for someone to bloody pickup my call. So I just email their customer service and until now no action taken by them. Right now I am still following up with them and they still have no idea what happened. Finally they said a lot of people having this kind of problem. I am not sure the answer is true or not. They asked me to call them back again later.

So beware guys. I dont want to use posonline again after what happened. Their customer service totally sux.

how is today for CIMB card centre? Yesterday I called for something else, they said system down ....
