Just applied for cash rebate card thru cimbclicks yesterday. Today the status is approvable. - is it high chance i can get it approved? I already uploaded and email the relevant documents as well.

A question regarding cash rebate when paying bills. So to get CR we need to pay using Posonline is it? How about paying using cimbclicks? (Is there options like M2U - bill payment?) can get CR? Thanks.

yes I called CS in the morning. They said they are having some technical problem. I called because I received about 4 sms on one same transaction... just want to confirm with them is it charged 4 times instead of one?
They asked me to call back this evening so they can check. hmm.gif

Keep calling them since this evening but they said system still down or in maintenance. Sigh.

Anyone got problem paying bills thru posonline? I always paid my bills using posonline until this happens:

On 1st June I paid my maxis bill thru posonline using my CR cimb card. 8 days later when I checked my maxis bill still not reflected. I check with Maxis they still have not received my bill. So i called posonline hotline and it took ages for someone to bloody pickup my call. So I just email their customer service and until now no action taken by them. Right now I am still following up with them and they still have no idea what happened. Finally they said a lot of people having this kind of problem. I am not sure the answer is true or not. They asked me to call them back again later.

So beware guys. I dont want to use posonline again after what happened. Their customer service totally sux.

After posting and PM at Askpos facebook, they called me saying yes they are having issue for payment made thru posonline starting from 1st June. The CS said their IT team in the midst of solving the problem. She promised me the problem will be solved by today. Until now I have no idea the problem already solved or not.

I was so mad at them! Lousy service.

Update for today from Askpos:
Please be informed that this case is still under investigation and justification by our resolution team. Once we have any feedback, the person in charge will contact you for an outcome. tQ

Took them forever to settle this issue. I will definately avoid using posonline from this day onwards.


UPDATE: AskPos CS called me saying the issue is any payment using CC occured on June 1st they have to manually update to the system. So they said yesterday they already submitted my payment to Maxis, so today should be reflected. And yes, I checked, they finally resolved the issue. But sorry, no more payment through posonline for me. The followup is such a headache process.
