Statement balance, you only need to pay this amount when due date. Full is everything, statement balance + current spending.

the problem is not the statement, it's the different terms used in CIMBclicks.

I have no issue with the new cc, received a few months ago. CIMB increased my to year 2020 and they approved my CL 50% up. So again i guess it is about individual usage on the card and one's credibility in the bank. Recently, they sent sms to invite me for prime current account, maybe this is the 3rd invitation since i have Bumiputra account long long time ago...

For CIMB cash back platinum, the cash rebate is based on calender month or statement month?
The statement month is always fixed at 28th of every month?

Erm... I'm not the only one received their card with reduced expiry year. It's their new PIN & Pay card, I didn't apply any new card. Don't question about people's credibility if you don't know the person well.

prime account has nothing to shout about. it's good to be used as a saving+current account, that's all. it's not premier. i'm using it since it's launched.

Sis, no need to be too touchy on the 'credibility' word, seen this a few times di. Mod should be good example right =) based on his post he was making general statement only, not accusing or questioning your credit-worthiness.

Most times the intention is just to comment and/or provide info rather than to suggest "eh you're a lousy manager of money" etc.

Of course if someone is an ass and goes all "aiyah sure because you take on too much debt" that's different, but didn't sound like this is that case.
