usually 6 months but you may try your luck again earlier if you are confident that it's a mistake that you got rejected.

for booking.com you pay at the hotel. unless your hotel is in overseas, otherwise no forex involved.

i don't trust what the cs said... because forex doesn't wait for people... it's always based on the date and time the amount is charged for foreign exchange conversion.

is the transaction rm71 your first transaction? because they sent the alert on the first usage only if you didn't activate the sms alert or change the default amount.

the random sms alert means they only send if your transaction amount is higher than the default amount. let's say if the default amount at rm500 and if you did 5 transactions (rm71, rm350, rm50, rm639, rm120), you will get sms alert on the first transaction (rm71) and fourth transaction (rm639).

i was surprise that until now nobody open a thread about the public bank quantum credit cards? it's a great card lol... 5% on online/dining/entertainment/departmental and free for life card.
