ixora 2 and hibiscus 3 seems like almost complete 
waiting for this road to clear and open, can benefit those coming from sg buloh/kepong side, since new project near this side more

if i not wrong, storage water heater reduced risk of getting short circuit when u taking a shower, because the heating electric devices not located inside bathroom like the instant water heater...
