  manage to got more info about this house from whatsapp number in their KLK fb page price after rebate is around 700k, all units are north-south orientation Individual title with security guard 
location for this Jardin is at the north east border of BSC masterplan, will be surrounded by palm forest for quite a few years |

new double storey superlink (hampton) selling now is more expensive than subsale semi d (banyan2)...if u can accept older house structure like only 10ft ceiling height or more visible loading beam, banyan2 is quite a good buy now
