haha...FOC doesnt look like a good planning for them, clubhouse equipment does need periodic maintenance, i think most wont mind pay some fees to upkeep condition of the clubhouse

some sources stated "private clubhouse/for residents"...so i think it was initially for bsc residents only, not sure how it will be going

i see, i didnt know it will manage by third party at first, it is good to have more recreation place to benefit nearby area...

what i heard is rm70 for one person per month, household package (2 adults + 2 kids) = rm150...sst not sure included onot

glad watsons coming in...lack of health & beauty care store nearby right now

then it will be < 5 mins to reach watson after kipmall built...benefiting those living in DC and BSC...
for kfc...i think they did research residents nearby quite favoring kfc

bad news is even though clubhouse subscriber also need to pay for badminton court rental...peak hour rm18/hour, non peak rm15/hour

i received that sms too, 26x90 will be intermediate size for phase Hampton already, hemingway was 24x90 for intermediate unit
they already have scale model for Hampton superlink and semi-d too inside this new sales gallery

so far only owner and tenant...
registered clubhouse member can bring their friends to access facilities for rm10/pax per entry

1mil for for semi-d and banglo la...and 871k is for superlink (26x90)
normal double storey link from previous phase still around 500-600k only...
for eg: 500k in kepong, u either buy high density condo or 20-30 years old leasehold single storey....
sifu plz give me some idea where else i can some bargain landed property lo

if u compare to those fitness center, this clubhouse was almost 1/3 price of celebfitness...
i paid 297 + 30(one time reg fee) for 3months for 2pax, which around rm50/pax...but not sure if i can get tax relief for the fee i paid

worth to mention, their pool feel warm even i went to swimming at early morning....and i notice pool water was masin one...not sure is salt water pool or ada byk orang kencing/sweat a lot and jump into pool XD

since topic of pets going on, would like to ask some question too...
many resident here like to build garden within their boundary with flower or plants which is okay...but some of the owner even raising rooster/chicken in their yard, and its random crowing/berkokok even can be heard from houses rows away.
house with individual title no way to stop this ?
