so when you take keys than you have to subscribed to unifi so that TM can pull the main cable to connect the box

so it's confirmed unifi..great!!

Ixora has great quality and big built up.. been there, but cant affort monthly comittment. Eco cant comment, house model still not up yet.

Obviously Ixora is more value for money..

They have too many concerns n uncertainties. That's why ask East ask West n make the pages long.. hehe..

in term of the house only... ixora indeed value for money... but some people value the overall township planning and growth differently... hahah... hence i think their dilemma there...

Those who looking for houses around this area, will appreciate BSC sit on the higher land, nearer to highway entrance , low density , overall township planning.
