Booked A unit near park. But cancelled it yesterday because was comparing between Eco world and Ixora. Any comment?

Cancelled it need pay 500 rights?

Prefer Ixora for few reaason
1) Unit build up bigger than Eco word
2) Ixora Freehold and ecoworld leasehold
3) Ixora Maintenance fee lower which max will be rm100 compare ecoworld 250+ will increase upon JMB form year by year

i dont think so unless you plan to subscribe to the service provider i.e Unifi ..the amount you pay monthly could be less or more
depending on the deal between them...
