Can anyone tell me what is up with Cyberjaya, i just pass by through today to find potential investment, went through Cyberia crescent 1,2, smarthomes, the domain, ARC and a few apartments. 1 out of 3 are up for sales.

Can you elaborate more on this? I already have a place to stay. Is it difficult to get a tenant and rent it out there?

Typical pessimistics like those who wrote off cyberjaya 5 years ago. Hehe. They claimed no mall back then,  now it has D pulze and skypark coming up, with ioi resort mall is 7 min away from cyberjaya. They claimed no food and beverage outlets here but the cyberians are spoilt of choice when comes to food and drinks. There so many choices until they are unsure where to eat n drink. Now because they missed the boat and opportunities,  they claimed anything can happen. Yea what can happen is that cyberjaya will boom further. Hehe

I am more afraid of KL Sentral than Singapore.  Even Google & FB were there.

I was thinking if Google and FB were located at cyber, maybe the effect will be stronger than HSR??

Btw, Google in KL sentral is not a development and innovation center, it's just business group which specialize in marketing and PR. there is no innovation brains there that provide new solutions that can potentially disrupt the industry.

Facebook in KL sentral is just small office. The reason  there was a small office there was because Facebook acquired a malaysian' solution there require continue support and enhancement to the app. It's a small office no more than 50 headscount compare to the big companies in Cyberjaya having thousand employeee in one company alone ( in IBM, DHL, HP, etc )

btw, you don't see google and facebook in cyberjaya now doesn't mean they won't be here in the future..it's almost like everyone said cyberjaya was a ghost town years ago and concluded that it would not have any malls, FnB, populations and all last time. Look at cyberjaya now, all these are here today.. And for information, Setia Haruman is planning to bring in 10 big MNC companies to cyberjaya by 2020. Big here could mean Apple, Samsung, Google, etc ...you won't want to rule any possibilities.

stage one master developer trying too hard to develop everything themselves they only build offices, without living environment and commercial

Based on Nanyang Siang Pau, HSR Labu will not be built at KTM Labu (10th miles of Labu) or Tiroi (6th miles of Labu) but located between 7th to 9th miles of Labu. Windfall for Sime Darby as that land belong to them, same goes to IJM & Matrix.

Somehow I still have a strong feeling that HSR's stop will be at Putrajaya Sentral else CCC will lost it's attraction to attract public investors.
However, Cabinda is right too. If HSR is there it will be additional bonus.
