Sure or not? Cbj is very convenient to every amenity, high rental demand from foreigners, have many highly paid mmc jobs there and is the center of universal. May be kiasu re agents put up for sale banner without owner knowing.

Is it? Sure you went through cbj? Cbj has the highest concentration of universities in the whole country if not the whole world and every foreign students need a place to stay.

How far is ioi city mall from cbj in km?

With many cbj projects vp in the next few years, cbj for certain will be very vibrant and prosperous.

Facebook in KL sentral is just small office. Look at cyberjaya now, all these are here today.. And for information, Setia Haruman is planning to bring in 10 big MNC companies to cyberjaya by 2020. Big here could mean Apple, Samsung, Google, etc ...you won't want to rule any possibilities.

Cbj dream is not new, was coined back in mid 1990's and hasn't been successfully for 20 years as intended. What has change that cbj will be better?

What could hsr to SG add to cbj that Erl couldn't for the last 20 years?

Change is for certain but the rate of change in the kangkong land is a lot slower and often in the wrong direction.

With more units VP in the next few years, it would be interesting to see the occupancy rate and subsequent subsale price.

Those have vested interest in cbj have no choice but to ride through and could only hope for the best.

If one has the opportunity to travel by hsr in China recently will find hsr stations are mostly outside city centre, there are many abandoned high rise near secondary cities hsr stations.

Doubt if hsr station is located at cbj could revive the overbuilt town.

Instead of putrajaya, some claimed hsr station will be at labu. May be some will claim labu is only a few minutes drive from cbj, considered part of cbj.

Senior gomen servants have driver and travel business class, they are unlikely to use hsr. Doubt the master developer wanted tram or lrt to destroy putrajaya serenity.

As stated, tram needs 20m turning radius, not many road in cbj could accommodate unless is elevated. If tram is elevated, the construction cost will be similar to lrt. Unless the lion King is personally involved, doubt budget is available or is a priority.
