can't brain why the haters always link market collapse with cyberjaya, it's happening everywhere in malaysia. quick browsing of auction units online shows that number of auction properties in damansara/puchong/cheras/pj easily 2-3 times more than cyberjaya.

those who bought highrise in cyberjaya should have know demand > supply before they commit, it's too late to blame anyone if you don't have holding power.

I want to buy commercial in cyber if the pricing dip 20%

yeah a few years ago in cyberjaya i saw a really2 nice condo with these nice facilities  then came back this year and saw a totally f**ked place ... tenants quality do matter lol

actually ok la, just took keys less than a mth, i will say too early to judge.

they are earning more than average people.. and in bolehland they are category as middle income group.. every job have their own risk.. doing sales and marketing which driving on the road has higher risk of life compare to airlines..

also because of middle income group, soho just nice for them.. or else 300k-400k soho for who? low income group? if airliners staff not affordable to buy soho, then who can afford? students?

besides cyberjaya, where else are the nearest? dont think they wanna stay in jungle like cybersouth, dengkil or so kota warisan... With cyberjaya so happening, more liveable plus so high end like DPC or even MK, with reasonable house price.. ofcoz people prefer to stay in cbj.. or else, most of the project snapped off 50-80% all phanthom buyer?

Also check it out, what is coming next in cbj, even monorail possibly coming in cbj and also tram... so just listen to the budget announcement next mth...  i know its a little too late to entry into cbj, but late better than missed.. hahaha..
