Building residential doesn't mean population will increase when vp. Without major influx of business to cbj, supply of residential in cbj is seriously overhang.

ptj and cbj road was not designed or built with tram in consideration, construction may cost more than monorail. putraja holdings is unlikely to allow tram network to disrupt ecstatic scenery/view. a cabinet minister doesn't have the power or budget to implement such a project, unless it is announced by ah jib gor, should take it with a truck load of salt.

believe frequent electric bus is cheaper and effective solution.

Which junction in cbj could accommodate tram turning? How many road in cbj could give up 2 lanes for tramway?

Tram turning radius is typically 15m to 20m.

If tram and car share the same lane, tram schedule and transit time will be subjected to traffic flow. If tram transit time is subjected to traffic flow must as well use bus.

These defaulted borrowers probably made a few if any repayment, hence their outstanding loan amount is still high. Unless they are very lucky, reserved price will drop with more rounds of auction.

Unless buyers profile is different, number of foreclosure at mirage by the lake is an indicator of what to expect at newly vp and soon to be vp projects in cbj.
