Building residential doesn't mean population will increase when vp. Without major influx of business to cbj, supply of residential in cbj is seriously overhang. |

ptj and cbj road was not designed or built with tram in consideration, construction may cost more than monorail. putraja holdings is unlikely to allow tram network to disrupt ecstatic scenery/view. a cabinet minister doesn't have the power or budget to implement such a project, unless it is announced by ah jib gor, should take it with a truck load of salt. believe frequent electric bus is cheaper and effective solution. |

Which junction in cbj could accommodate tram turning? How many road in cbj could give up 2 lanes for tramway?
