Landed also need think twice. Even the most attractive Symphony Hill and Setia Eco Glades are having many complaints especially the later. According to SEG forum and feedback from owners, the design and quality are poor. SP Setia is obviously going downhill with the current management.

if you say so in Setia Eco Glades, you will be dead.
The buyers can complain among themselves about the quality, but the "outsiders" better keep quiet

The workmanship quality of SEG is good except that some units having the tiling problem which still can be rectified.
Not really end of the world by replacing few 2'x 2' tiles.

it's the same for everyone la, my friend. if someone complain about MK Land quality in dp, will you keep quiet?

SPS quality overall is average only. if one wants top quality go for other developer like E&O . in fact defects in new property is quite normal, just the quantity of the defects and the how fast/efficiently the developer rectifies it.

Actually the postponement was inevitable. Its a massive project, and there's no way it could be completed in 5 years, the earlier politicians were blowing water. Engineering consultants knew from the start it was impossible to do it in such a short frame of time. Then after dilly dally then only they listened to the consultants, and found out earliest possible is 2022. So with no delays, it would be 2022. smile.gif

I think it is not the question of "quality" but what i observe of these "outsiders" they are just being picky anything about cyber properties. Whenever credits is due it is not given and these outsiders just criticise for sake of it. you cannot fault the forumners who has vested interest to be defensive. It is always easy to be just keyboard hero.

Some of these forumners not even visit the actual unit and yet they comment about the quality and workmanship solely based on picture. To be fair, quality and workmanship issue happen to 99% of developers in Malaysia especially among new purchasers where they set themselves a very high expectation on the delivery. I am not sure even Tan&Tan and Gamuda can have zero complaints about quality and workmanship.

Hi IMS2628,

based on you previous topic.

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3479016&hl=

it works out to be around RM2150 for all the rented rooms (4 rooms)

how much is a property right now in cyber ?

can you cover your mortgage loan ?

can you stay there ?

for people who appreciate peaceful and quiet environments, with lots of greenery, CBJ is the place to be. not forgetting the sunset near the cbj park, it is just amazing.

I think it's still a peaceful place to stay. There are many big townships which is not happening also during weekends...for eg. Putra Heights, Bukit Jelutong, Kota Kemuning but they r quite nice residential area.

At least Cyberjaya have places like Shaftsbury and Dpulze which offers plenty of F&B choices. Cinema, bowling, karaoke, gyms, sports and recreational, parks, all within 5mins can reach. Well, I'm happy to live in a place like that and it looks promising to have more offerings in the future.

wrong info, it is 70KM, 35 km each way. non peak hour, start my car from KLCC till park my car at cyber, within 40mins (I can make 30mins sometimes, avg speed 100 all the way straight in mex). peak hour, within 1hour, due to the jam in jalan tun razak. I tested this everyday.

for those who stay in PJ,Puchong, shah alam, seri kembangan or cheras selatan. non peak hour, 45mins, peak hour 1.5hr-2hour. these place are 20-30km away from klcc.

very simple reason, from klcc to cyber is "jam-smooth-home", to other conjested residential place "jam-smooth-jam in the town-home"

expensive toll, yes, petrol...almost the same bcos long travel time also consume petrol.

I travel the same like Zres.
10-15Km extra distance on 110km/hr is nothing however traffic jam is a big concern.

As residential, IMO do not need the township to be crowded and packed with people. As long as there are sufficient amenities, groceries etc to serve the needs

there are many affordable housing upcoming in Cyber. Eventually there will be hawker/foodcourt setup to serve the needs of the mass market.
