with gng landed in cyber cost from 1.2mil up (link nia)...how many 35-45yo can afford it? Who will be moving into those 2m to 4m smds and bungalows in Cyber?

taikor, I got no source to support my statement, but I stay in cyber, hardly u can see old uncle in cyber.

in SK & Puchong a lot, many multi millionaire got used to kopitiam lifestyle...

check out those landed owner in mirage, SEG & symphony landed, they are definitely not over 50, 1.5mil up husband and wife earn 15K enough la, 15K combine income is nothing nowaday, 7k each is mgr level only smile.gif

There's mention of bringing Jakel Group to Radius, but I wonder what Jakel group will do here. Open textile shop? Since Jakel group also in property development now, I don't think will be their office.

Smd n bungalow in cyber not need to pay so much la. Landed in vyberjaya considered cheap compare to other matured klang valley area.

Agree, Cyberjaya somemore a higly planned city..the road is very wide and improvement to the city doesn't need to demolish current structure unlike other mature area.. New developments will have resistance from existing and surrounding population.. In Cyberjaya all facilities planned already, just wait for budget and right time to realize

There's a new Nasi Kandar also at Galleria Cyberjaya (the building behind drive thru starbucks) facing Cybersquare.

I think that is like the first shop ever open in Galleria.
