I bought it in my mother's name. She is Malaysian and my father is German. Hence why I could buy it under RM1m.

They told me the worst that could happen is my mum wouldn't be able to travel.
She is also not working.
And I can't withdraw my EPF to fund for the house since the SPA is under her name. I'm 27 y/o. So pretty much caught in between.

american or german or whatever

just prepare to make a loss for almost rm150k if u wanna get rid from it

or just make ur mum enter bankruptcy if you're not afford to pay the installment , mr.german

Thank you for the feedback. But FYI, installments isn't the issue to begin with. There's a variety of drawbacks after I purchased it. Having to apply for a Malaysian passport is out of the question. Hence my hands are tied. And you can call me Ms. German, thank you very much.

yes , if u wanna let it go now , u will suffer a 6 figure loss (payable to the bank via monthly installment)

not agent fault also , this cerrado havent vp hence cannot let go yet (VP means collect key)
so u stil need to wait until this project fully complete , only can sell in the market

It could be cheaper and easier to pay off loss incurred than full housing loan.

6 figure losses in euro currency is not that much....

I understand that for germany, getting dual citizenship is not that easy.

for Malaysia, there is no dual citizenship....

As long as one's father or grandfather is a german, citizenship is granted automatically. migrant is another story.

no. I mean if you are a german citizen, trying to get a dual citizenship outside your german passport is not easy.
