Savanna at more than 100 sqft larger than your unit is transacting at around 250k in the lelong market. Therefore looks likely your unit will not be able to fetch above 300k in the subsale market.

If you do not plan to come back Malaysia, maybe is just best to not paying any progressive payment anymore. Once VP, your unit will enter lelong straight. And later on you will be declared as bankrupt.
But do check with expertise what is the complication of a bankrupt person livinh abroad. Whether got any problem or not continue staying abroad.
