At least mahsing is top 5 developer in malaysia...got some standard to uphold...although the bar is not that high....

Assume that most units sold are to non bumi...is that mean that the next block 60% need to reserve for bumi quote?

U r literally playing catching up on yr losses.....
100 +ve cash flow...how many yrs need to recoup yr 1st 2 yrs losses? Thats if u can rent out 1600/mth.

I stop taking yr monthly maintenance fee insurance cukai ini cukai itu into yr cost.
