Seems like the demand in this area is very muted. Mah Sing is busy developing highrises in locations much closer to the city center.
I remembered the master plan of Southville includes subsequent phases of landed properties i.e. Semi-Ds etc, and even a public school near by the toll plaza.
Not even having direct access to the NSH can help this place. Lack of nearby public transportation option is not good too.
